Hikers: Cathy, Laura, Noreen
Distance: 10 miles
Elevation Gain:  1,869 ft.

This is a most gorgeous park! I'm not so sure the pictures do it justice.

We started out on the North Ridge Trail trailhead from the main entrance located on Skyline Boulevard.

Pillar Point Air Force Station on the left (the giant golf ball), with Half Moon Bay Airport on the right.

There is a lizard in there..

The leaves on this plant were huge!

Ready made planks!

Trails:
North Ridge Trail, Harkins Ridge Trail, Craig Britton Trail, Purisima Creek Trail, Whittemore Gulch Trail.

The park brochure mentions that one of the most beautiful hikes in the Preserve, is the one we did.

(At the time of our visit, there were no parking or entrance fees.)
